Kreitner Weekly Round-up

Hello school community

Welcome to this week's edition of the Kreitner Weekly Roundup! We're excited to share the latest happenings and updates from our school community to keep you informed and engaged.

Highlights from the Week

  • We completed our official Intruder Drill with Officer McAllister on Tuesday.
  • We had our first School Families sessions on Wednesday afteroon. Families worked on their family crests and played some games to get to know each other.
  • Friday teachers met to review student academic scores from last week's assessments.

Upcoming Events

  • There is no school Monday, September 7 in honor of Labor Day
  • School Pictures will be taken on Wednesday, September 9.
  • Our first Teaming Up night with parents is also on Wednesday, September 9 from 6-7.
  • Our official fire drill with the Collinsville Fire Department is scheduled for Thursday
  • Friday be sure to wear Purple!

This Wednesday September 9!

We need YOU to attend our first "Parent Teaming Up" event on Wednesday, Sept 9 from 6-7. This meeting is as important as parent-teacher conferences and we need EVERY family represented.  Need to bring your children?  NO PROBLEM!  We will have a FREE magic show for students Kinder and older in the gym.  We will have free child care for younger children ages 2-5 in the pre-k room!
